Just want to know what you need to do?

If you receive WTTW through an antenna or "rabbit ears" and you currently do not subscribe to cable or satellite, you have 3 options:

1. Purchase a converter box for each television set in your home that receives TV signals through an antenna.

2. Or, purchase a new television set with a built-in digital tuner.

3. Or, subscribe to cable or satellite that carries the channels you want to watch.

This year I have noticed a problem with the aspect ratio on Channels 11 and 20. Part of the picture is missing on each side. This shows up on talk shows when part of a person's name is missing. I've tried every type of setting on the TV, but nothing changes. Some programs are worse than others. The TV manufacturer said it was a cable problem. Comcast told me it is a TV problem. What is the truth? Is there anything I can do to correct this?

I appreciate any insights on this.
