Please note that in order to appear on the show, you must be able to take a few hours off on a weekday to do a taping at the WTTW studios. And remember, the more articulate you are on the entry form, the more likely it is that you'll be considered as a guest. We also love to hear about those restaurants that are "off the beaten path" - the more interesting, the better!
