WTTW ELECTS THREE NEW MEMBERS
TO THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
Chicago - March 4, 2008 - Window To The World Communications, Inc., parent company of WTTW11 and 98.7WFMT, recently elected three new members to its Board of Trustees. Daniel J. Hyman, Peter McNitt, and David E. Zyer join the existing 65-member Board in addressing and meeting the challenges faced by the public broadcasting organization.
"We are excited to welcome these uniquely qualified new Trustees to our Board. Each of them brings a wealth of experience and skill which will be great assets to our organization," said Dan Schmidt, President and CEO of WTTW, Inc.
• Daniel J. Hyman is Founder and President of Millennium Properties Real Estate, Inc., a boutique commercial real estate firm focused on providing brokerage and property management services and consulting to institutional investors, corporations and private capital groups. Mr. Hyman has been awarded the Diversified Investment Sales top honors award for the past three years, and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Chicago Real Estate Board (former Director), and Turnaround Management Association.
• Peter McNitt is Vice Chair of Harris Bankcorp Inc. and head of the Harris Banking Division, where he is responsible for developing and implementing local sales and service strategies for the Small Business and Lower Middle Market segments within the entire Chicagoland marketplace. He has held many positions within the banking industry, and most recently served as Executive Vice President of the Business Banking Division. Mr. McNitt also serves on the Board of Directors of Youth Guidance and Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce and the Board of Managers of the YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago, and is a member of the Executives' Club and the Economic Club of Chicago.
• David E. Zyer is a Managing Director with UBS Investment Bank. His 30 years of financial services industry experience have been focused primarily in the equity and derivatives markets, in both revenue and administrative leadership roles. Most recently, he has led a UBS proprietary trading business focused on deploying highly sophisticated quantitative models and a fully automated trade executive infrastructure in U.S. and foreign equity markets. Mr. Zyer sits on the board of several for-profit and non profit institutions, including Prediction Company LLC, Northwestern University School of Music, and the Concordia University of Chicago President's Advisory Council.
