Join WTTW and Milk Street on Wednesday, March 26 at 12:00 pm for a fun, interactive, virtual cooking class moderated by Chicago Tonight anchor and foodie Brandis Friedman! You’ll be able to ask questions and learn Christopher Kimball’s Milk Street Cooking School’s tips and tricks to choosing, using, and transforming fresh herbs to make the perfect herb-and-pistachio couscous salad. The class will be led by Milk Street Cooking School’s April Dodd and, before the event, you’ll receive the recipe and a shopping list in case you’d like to join in during the optional cook-along.
