1) What do I need on my computer to listen/view audio and video clips?
All that is required is Apple's FREE QuickTime plug-in which is available by clicking the icon below:
Please Note: You only need QuickTime to listen/view audio and video clips, but Apple's FREE iTunes may be downloaded at the same time and will allow you to subscribe to the arts online podcasts.
2) I click the "View Video" or "Listen to Audio" links and nothing is happening.
The audio and video clips open in a pop-up media player window. First, check to make sure that the media player window is not hidden or open behind any other open windows on your computer desktop.
If the media player window did not open, please check to make sure that pop-up windows are allowed on your computer for the www.wttw.com website. You may need to check browser, firewall and/or Internet security, or other installed third-party application settings to unblock the media player pop-up window.
3) What is a podcast?
A podcast on the arts online website is a collection of audio and video clips organized by all current art disciplines. However, instead of listening or watching clips with the media player or while you are browsing the arts online website, you may download the clips to your computer or applicable mobile device (such as an Apple iPod) for later listening or watching.
All you need to do is subscribe to the podcast(s) of your choice using a podcasting application (such as Apple's FREE iTunes).
4) What are some FREE podcasting applications?
