THE AMERICAN REVOLUTION, a film by Ken Burns, Sarah Botstein, and David Schmidt, explores how thirteen British colonies won independence and created a new government that reshaped the continent and inspired centuries of democratic movements around the globe.
The AMERICAN REVOLUTION premieres on Chicago PBS station WTTW in November 2025.
