She Wants You to Love Taxidermy

When I think of taxidermy, the picture that comes to mind is a guy in a cabin in the north woods. Yeah, I know, that is a stereotype. But who I do NOT picture is Mickey Alice Kwapis. She is a young, cheerful, and tattooed artist who loves animals, and believes taxidermy will help us all do a better job of loving and protecting them. And Mickey Alice Kwapis gave me a taxidermy lesson.
