Mysteries and Dramas Returning This Fall

We know that fans of our dramas and mysteries are probably occupied right now with the final season of Endeavour, the new mystery Ridley, and the upcoming eighth season of Grantchester beginning July 9, but we have some more news to share about returning Masterpiece shows: we have airdates!

As we move into fall, Unforgotten will return after two years with a fifth season, alongside a third season of Van der Valk. Those both premiere on WTTW and PBS on September 3. 

Season five of Unforgotten will be the first without star Nicola Walker, but she'll still grace your screens in Annika, which returns with a second season beginning October 15. We've already announced that season 2 of World on Fire will premiere the same day. 

There's lots to look forward to as you savor the final season of Endeavour; enough to forestall any mourning, we hope! Catch a preview of the upcoming Masterpiece Mystery series below.
