The Forsytes, the show which serves as a prequel to the Nobel Prize winner John Galsworthy's Forsyte Saga, has released a preview of its second season. (A third is also on the way.) The second season will come to WTTW and PBS in 2027, and continues the stories of Soames, Jo, and the family members and lovers around them. Soames is taking over the family company and trying to tame his ill-matched wife Irene, while Jo has split off from the family to be with his first love Louisa, leaving behind his wife Frances and stepdaughter June. Matriarch Ann oversees it all, along with her sons Jolyon and James.

Recap the first season of The Forsytes, which WTTW Passport members can stream any time via the PBS app. And watch the season 2 preview below.
