A surprising request from Ruth Wilcox and a change of circumstances draws Henry Wilcox closer to Margaret Schlegel, while she and Helen attempt to help the principled Leonard Bast. The Schlegels face a decision as they look for new housing.

The eccentrics of Sanditon begin to clash, especially at a luncheon Lady Denham throws in honor of the heiress Miss Lambe. Charlotte and Miss Lambe's strong-willed opinions put them in conflict with Lady Denham, while Sidney rebuffs an apology from Charlotte. 

The young, eager-for-experience Charlotte Heywood finds herself amongst a cast of odd characters when she is taken to the wannabe seaside resort town of Sanditon, and is quickly drawn into their ambitions, intrigues, and rivalries. 

Sisters Margaret and Helen Schlegel are independent and idealistic, but their increasing connection to the affluent, industrialist Wilcox family causes some tension. The downtrodden Leonard Bast offers a completely different perspective from either family. 

Mother Mildred brings a contingent of midwives with her to the Outer Hebrides, where fickle electricity and isolated attitudes create difficulties for them as they try to help a hotheaded young woman and another who lives far away at a lighthouse.

It's the series finale of Poldark, and it's chock-full of drama, action, romance, treason, and more, as Ross goes off the rails, George surpries everyone, and England's security hangs in the balance. Recap and stream it here. 

In the season finale of Press, Duncan's fortunes turn while the Herald works on an important story revealing government surveillance. Holly prepares to confront Duncan's cynical journalism while he struggles between principles and survival. 

In the penultimate episode of Poldark, Ross begins to try to take down a shadowy conspiracy (and possibly joins his own), Geoffrey Charles's romance reaches a crisis, Caroline confronts a hidden danger, and Demelza begins to address an illegal plan. 

As the Post deals with negative publicity and Duncan copes with personal issues, he and the paper finally begin to seem fallible and vulnerable. Meanwhile, Amina has a hopeful and ambitious announcement at the Herald. 

Ross makes several last-ditch efforts to save his hot-headed friend Ned, but a shadowy conspiracy is working against him. George and Hanson move forward with plans that will break Geoffrey Charles's heart, and Demelza tries to help the villagers while uncovering theft.

Holly begins losing faith in Amina and her whole profession as she continues to dig into allegations against a wealthy philanthropist of sexual improprieties. Duncan basks in the power of the Post before being taken down a notch. 

While Demelza deals with a counterfeit money racket, Ross is drawn into trouble by his loyalty to Ned. George seems to have recovered and is back on his nefarious and wrong-headed ideas, spurred on by his shady business partner Hanson. 

Leona and Ed fight over a story for their papers, while the Herald loses one of its star reporters in an ethical dilemma, then has another complicated and dangerous decision to make regarding a story about a wealthy philanthropist.

George is still not recovering, so Cary turns to Dwight for help, which in turn makes Caroline suspicious. Greater problems await George as Ned, Tess, and Hanson stir up revolt among his workers, and Ross and Demelza must step in once again to help him. 

As Amina angers her reporters with a business decision to increase revenue, Holly investigates high mortality rates at a hospital. Ed is forced to cover the entertainment beat in a humiliating way in order to dig up gossip, and Duncan gives up on his marriage.
