Please note this year's event will be held in two locations. Our staff is available to guide you every step of the way, ensuring a seamless experience.

Valet

• DROP OFF: Complimentary valet drop off is located at the Randolph Entrance of the Cultural Center on the corner of Randolph Street and Michigan Avenue. Event registration is located inside the Randolph Street lobby.
• PICK UP: Valet pick up will be available at the Harris Theater in front of the main lobby doors at 205 East Randolph Street.

Private Car Service

• DROP OFF: Private car service drop off is located at the Randolph Entrance of the Cultural Center on the corner of Randolph Street and Michigan Avenue. Event registration is located inside the Randolph Street lobby. 
• PICK UP: Valet pick up will be available at the Harris Theater in front of the main lobby doors at 205 East Randolph Street.

Ride Share/Uber/Lyft

• DROP OFF: Guests arriving by ride share will be dropped off at the Washington Entrance of the Cultural Center. Staff will guide guests through the building to registration inside the Randolph Street lobby.
• PICK UP: Ride share pick up at the Harris Theater is in front of the main lobby doors at 205 East Randolph Street.

Self-Park
Millennium Park Garage is the preferred parking garage for the event for guests who plan to self park.

Parking validation is located on Lobby Level 5 of the Harris Theater. With validation, parking is $17 or can be purchased in advance here.

After parking, to get to the Cultural Center, take the elevator to Level 7. Exit and turn left. It is about a 7-minute walk to the Randolph Street entrance, on the corner of Michigan Avenue and Randolph Street. 

If driving, please be aware that there are multiple construction projects in the area.

Walk up
If arriving at the Chicago Cultural Center via public transportation or on foot, please use the Randolph Entrance on the corner of Randolph Street and Michigan Avenue.

Transit between Dinner and Program
Shuttle service from the Cultural Center to the Harris Theater will be available to all guests beginning at 7:15 pm. Staff will guide guests to their shuttles and assist with boarding. 

ADA shuttles will be available for guests, and all shuttles will be equipped with an extra step from the sidewalk onto the shuttle. If you need assistance, please contact the WTTW | WFMT at (773) 509-5579 or via email.

Dress Code
Business and Cocktail Attire

Coat Check
Complimentary Coat Check will be available at both locations.

• Guests are welcome to check their coats at the Cultural Center and pick them up after dinner or at the Harris Theater at the end of the evening. 
• Guests who check their coats at the Cultural Center may pick them up before boarding the shuttle to Harris Theater. Upon arrival at the Harris Theater, guests may re-check their coats.
• Bags larger than 12"x6"x12" are not allowed inside the Harris Theater and will need to be checked at coat check.

Dietary Restrictions
Guests with dietary restrictions should contact WTTW | WFMT at (773) 509-5579 or via email ASAP with the guest's name and the dietary need. We will do our best to accommodate.  

Accessibility
The Cultural Center and the Harris Theater welcome all visitors and are committed to making their facilities and programs accessible to everyone.

All areas of each location are elevator and wheelchair accessible.  Wheelchairs are available at both locations.

Live captioning will be available during the speaking portions of the program at the Harris Theater. Assistive listening devices are available at the Access Counter on Lobby Level 1 of the Harris Theater.

7:15 pm:	Shuttle service to the Harris Theater begins  Cocktail reception at Harris Theater
8:00 pm:	Program begins at the Harris Theater
