A Recipe for Corn Pudding Enjoyed by Mister Rogers

Try a simple recipe for corn pudding once enjoyed by Mister Rogers' Neighborhood's Fred Rogers, whose grandmother often made it.

Corn Pudding

You can also halve the salt and add black pepper and 1 tablespoon of sugar for a slightly updated version of the original recipe.

Ingredients

16 oz. can of cream-style corn
2 eggs
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons melted butter

Directions

1. Beat the eggs. Then add all the other ingredients and mix well. Put it into a buttered casserole dish. Bake at 350 for one hour or until well-set.
