1/3 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
1 teaspoon sugar
1 cup milk (or non-dairy substitute)

Directions

1. Measure 1/3 cup of blueberries and pour them into a mixing bowl.

2. Add one teaspoon of sugar.

3. Use a fork to stir and slightly mash the blueberries.

4. Pour some of the milk (or non-dairy substitute such as almond milk or oat milk) over the blueberries and stir with a spoon until foamy.

5. Add the remainder of the milk to the bowl. Stir and mash.

6. Wait 10 to 15 minutes for the milk to change its color. Pour into glasses and enjoy.
