FroYo Bites

For a delicious and healthy snack for your children, look no further than one of Donkey Hodie’s favorites, FroYo! These little bites are easy to make, and your kids will love the sweet and tangy flavor. Plus, they're a great way to get some much needed calcium and protein. Here's how to make them.

Ingredients

2 quarts of vanilla yogurt or plant-based yogurt
Chopped frozen or fresh fruits (strawberries, blueberries, peaches, etc.)
Granola, sprinkles, pretzels or chocolate chips for toppings (optional)
Paper cups

Directions

1. Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper. In a bowl, mix the yogurt and chopped bits of fruit. Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Freeze for 2 hours.

2. Using a large knife, cut the frozen yogurt into bite-sized pieces. Let defrost for about 10 minutes. Serve in paper cups.

Optional: Let children pick their toppings of granola, sprinkles, pretzels, or chocolate chips for their paper cups of yogurt bites.
