This easy Halloween treat will be a blast to put together with the whole family! Get in the spooky spirit during a playdate or an afternoon at home turning pretzel sticks, your choice of colored candy melt or icing, and left-over pumpkin seeds into a creepy monster fingers. You can even use almonds for the fingernails. Once cooled, these spine-chilling pretzel desserts will be sure to bring some laughs – and delicious bites!

Pretzel Monster Fingers

Ingredients

24 pretzel sticks
1 cup melted chocolate candy melts
24 raw green pumpkin seeds or almonds

Directions

1. Melt chocolate candy melts according to package instruction. Dip each pretzel into the candy melt until nearly completely coated.

2. Place the pretzels on top of a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or silicone mat. Press a pumpkin seed on top of the pretzel towards the very top for finger nails.

3. Using a toothpick, etch wrinkle lines around the knuckles.

4. Allow the pretzels to dry before serving.
