John Bunker's Apple Pie

Ingredients

For the crust:
1 1/2 cup flour
1 stick cold butter (1/4 lb)
4 tablespoons ice cold water

For the filling:
Around 8 good pie apples
1/3 cup cane sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
