The tiny restaurant located next to an Asian supermarket in a mall not only has esteemed fans, but also hosts regular public demonstrations of tuna butchering. The team behind it has a new restaurant planned.

“Having done this for a while and seeing what people respond to, I feel that we can give people what they want at a little bit more of a price point that makes sense,” says Andrew Choi, formerly of Jinsei Motto, of his new Omakase Box.
