Pizza Pops

Ingredients

Flour
Tube of ready-to-bake pizza crust
Jar of pizza sauce
2 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 sticks butter
1/4 cup minced garlic cloves

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Sprinkle flour on your working surface. Roll out the pizza dough into a 12-inch square.

2. Spread sauce on top of the pizza dough and top with cheese, saving some of each. 

3. Roll the pizza dough into a long tube. Cut the tube into 1-inch thick slices. Place the slices on a parchment-lined cookie sheet.

4. Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes. Pull out and top with remaining sauce and cheese.

5. Return to oven. Bake for an additional 4 to 5 minutes or until golden brown. Insert a skewer into each pizza roll.

6. For the garlic dipping sauce: Melt the butter over low heat in a large saucepan. Add minced garlic and simmer.
