A: Yes. When you become a WTTW Sustainer, you are eligible for thank-you gifts available at your level of giving. You will be offered the opportunity each January to receive a thank-you gift or you can call WTTW Member Services at (773) 509-1111 ext. 6, or email us at [email protected].

Q: What if my credit card expires or changes?
A: There are a few ways you can update your payment method to ensure uninterrupted access to your member benefits. Visit wttw.com/update to submit your updated credit card information using our secure donation form. You can also call the WTTW Sustainer Hotline at (877) 487-0811 to provide updated payment information, any time day or night.

Avoid future worries by making your automated monthly donations using electronic funds transfer (EFT) from your bank. Call us at (877) 487-0811 and we will help you make the switch to an electronic funds transfer.
