WTTW Producer’s Circle Digital MemberCard FAQ
How can I access my Digital MemberCard?
To access the Digital MemberCard, you’ll need to download the MemberCard app. You can find the Digital MemberCard in the Google Play store or the Apple App Store by searching MemberCard (all one word).
When will I receive my WTTW Producer’s Circle Digital MemberCard?
Instructions and your personal access code will be distributed two to four weeks after you renew or join the WTTW Producer’s Circle. Look for an email from WTTW MemberCard sent by [email protected].
Once you set up your Digital MemberCard account, you will continue to have access to your MemberCard benefits for as long as your membership stays current.
It’s been more than four weeks, and I can’t find my personal access code.

Can I still use a physical MemberCard?
If you have a physical MemberCard, you can continue to use that card until it expires. We will be no longer able to provide physical cards or guides after these expire, and you will need to use your Digital MemberCard to redeem offers. Digital access saves postage, paper, and plastic, and ensures that more of your donation goes to great programming.
